If you wish, we can unpack it for you, dispose of your old appliance, and take away the packaging. We can phone you half an hour before arrival to let you know we're coming. We can arrange limited deliver in the North Island if required. Please contact us for a quote.

2. We can arrange a Tradesperson
   

   we can arrange a supplier accredited qualified tradesperson if you appliance requires installation to existing plumbing & electrical connections, or a gas fitter is required. Please contact us to arrange a quote

   We can arrange a professional home audio video installation specialist to install any of your plasma, LCD TV’S, projectors & screens, home theatre and multi-room audio systems. Please contact us to arrange a quote.

3. We can arrange a HEATPUMP consultation
   we can arrange a free, no obligation in-home consultation at your convenience to discuss the optimum solution for your home. Once you have chosen the best for you, we can arrange the installation on your behalf. Installation is an extra cost.

You can change your mind

14 day right of return
If the product you purchased on our internet site is returned within 14 days, you'll receive a full refund of the cost of the product. This is on the condition it is in 'as new' condition with packaging and invoice. (Excludes personal hygiene and grooming products for health reasons, games, DVDs and software for copyright reasons).
